I'm not sure if you're looking for critique (couldn't determine it from the forum post) but I'll give you some if they are wanted. : )
There are however few things to improve:
I dont think you wanted to make this piece as realistic as possible but I think you should work on legs a little. There is also something wrong with her right arm - it seems to be dislocated and is way too short when compared to the left one.
You've got a nice style of your own going on, so I'm not really sure if you were trying to make this realistic or not.
Either way, I think the folds of the sheet look a bit unreal. Having checked the reference photo, and seeing that it has different kind of background and hair, I know it's hard to make shapes out of your mind just like that. The folds are a bit too basic ones. They just go straight. They would look more realistic and dynamic if there were different kind of folds; bigger ones, one's that go over each other, "loops" or twists, long and really straight folds etc. Meaning that there shouldn't be too many same looking ones.
The similar problem is with the hair. It's too straight and there are not much variations where the hair goes. Near the hand you've done some curves, but it's not enough to make it look realistic. (again not sure if that was the objective)
The other leg has some problem, but I see you've already gotten critique on that one.
The main problem with the arm might be that it's pointing a bit too much outwards, and it's too thin compared to the other which makes it look like pointing a bit more out- and downwards.
Also you could make picture more realistic by using more colours. Her skin isn't only orange, brownish-reddish(skin colour, lol) but there are most likely blues, violets and even greens as well. Well, in shadows at least.
I'm here hoping that I'm not being too harsh. I usually concentrate on the constructive critisism -part when somebody asks for critique. I'm used to giving and receiving critique but I'm not sure how people react.
Oh shi... So long. o.o Hope you have the patience to read it. lol, it's 3 am here. xD
The skin: You know, I tried to add a bit green, but maybe it wasn't enough and the rest of it was eaten by the scanner
Best way to get more ideas of different shapes in your head is to look at the actual things, memorizing them. Studying those folds is fairly easy: all you need is your own bed.
Next time you draw folds you remember all the shapes you studied earlier and use then to create more beutiful, and in a way, more realistic piece.
The scanners are hungry things. xD Sometimes it really takes courage to add suprising colours to the picture. And while you add some blues and stuff like that in the shadows, at the same time you should remember that the skin-colour for example can be left out from some places to emphasize the different colours. Usually using sking colour blended with many different colours results in dirty shades.
(I just can't seem to stop. xD)
I'll bet your style will be awesome by the time you master it. : 3
Btw, you're nice. ^^ Care to be my friend?
